How to claim
If you bought the item directly from our online store, simply get in touch with our Customer Service or write to us at email@example.com to initiate a return for any product that hasn’t met your expectations. You will then receive an email once we identified your returned items.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds may only be made to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to reflect depending on your financial institution.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The following are not eligible for lifetime returns or exchanges:
- Accessories (regardless of packaging being sealed/unsealed)
- Free gifts or promotional items with a retail value
- Original shipping fees
- E-gift cards
- Items purchased from a third-party seller
